How do I communicate with my clients?
My bookkeeping services are 100% virtual. This provides ease in communication and the flexibility you need in order to run your business. I utilize the following tools to keep in touch with my clients:
- Email
- Email is my main form of communication with day-to-day progress with my clients.
- Communication is a high priority in this line of work, so there is no additional charge for email interactions.
- I offer 24 business hour turnaround for all email questions.
- Texting
- I often text with my clients to ask and answer questions that have an urgent need.
- Phone Call
- Have an extremely urgent request or question. Don't hesitate to give me a call.
- Video Conferencing
- I use Zoom and Google Meet to video conference with my clients.
- Zoom is a free program that will need to be downloaded to your computer prior to our Consultation. Google Meet does not require downloading
- My clients and I meet monthly via this route to discuss monthly progress and any questions and concerns if desired.
